A single share in the OGCHL costs £200. Of course we hope that many people will purchase multiple shares in increments of £200. The maximum number of shares an individual can purchase is 250 or £50,000 worth.
Individuals may group together to buy a share e.g. four people contributing £50 but the group will only have one vote at the AGM. We hope to raise £500,000, enough to secure the purchase and effect Phase 1 modernisation. In the unlikely event that we do not raise enough funds to proceed then all contributions will be returned in their entirety.
